An encounter with a woman, who was at least 20 years older than me at the time, completely shifted my perspective on how important it is to take care of yourself.

The woman’s admirable physique and positive outlook on life completely inspired me within moments of meeting her. I immediately realized then, that if I wanted to live as gracefully as her, I would have to completely change my way of living.

Determined to transform my life, I took action. While beginning to make a habit of incorporating the 5 pieces of the puzzle into my daily life, I noticed that the three week mark, or 21 day mark, is where I saw some real personal growth. I was able to be more mindful of my bad habits, while learning to persevere through any barriers that may have come my way. This is exactly where my idea for the 21 day challenges sparked.
